Online heating: Pipeline anti-corrosion spraying, long steel bar heating, and online tempering of steel (wire) pipe. Local heating: U-bolt bending, roller hot assembly, and pipe bending. Heating furnaces are primarily used for heating metal materials prior to forging, extrusion, hot rolling, and shearing, as well as for overall heat treatments such as tempering, annealing, and tempering.
