How many equipment we need prepare for a rebar production line ?
Normally there are 4 steps for rebar making:
1. Melting scrap steel as liquid and casting Billet- in this step the equipment we need is :
A: Induction melting furnace- melting steel as liquid
B: Closed water cooling tower- cooling the melting furnace
C: Transformer- transfer the electricity from high side voltage to equipment voltage;
D: Billet mold- to forming standard billet size
2. Heating the billet to 1250 degrees. Here we need
A: Heating furnace - Reheating billet
B: Closed water cooling tower- cooling the melting furnace
3. Processing hot billet to rebar, here we need:
A: Hot rolling mill group
B: Auxiliary equipment : roller conveyor, Shear, cooling bed etc
