Operation of aluminum melting furnace
(1) Check whether the equipment of aluminum melting furnace is running normally;
(2) Prepare 2T scrap aluminum material;
(3) Before starting the melting furnace, the crucible and tilting device shall be checked to ensure the equipment is in good
(4) Feeding in the furnace starts heating. Heating requires low power to heat the crucible to 200 degrees and keep it warm for
20 minutes. After heating to the melting temperature, if the crucible is not used for a long time, the crucible shall be re-
baked according to the requirements of the baking curve.
(5) When the temperature of aluminum water in the first furnace reaches 850 degrees, put aluminum water into the holding furnace.
(6) Check whether there are fireballs in the aluminum melting furnace every hour, and deal with them in time.
(7) When discharging water from the aluminum melting furnace, observe the water flow of aluminum in the chute in time to
prevent blockage and cut-off.
