Introduction

This regenerative aluminum melting furnace is a melting furnace that places scrap aluminum or aluminum alloy
and other raw materials into a melting pool, uses acombustion flame to melt them, remove impurities, and further adjust the alloy composition to meet the required composition standards and temperature requirements of the process. The furnace types include tilting, fixed, rectangular, and circularoptions. Available fuels include natural gas, liquefied gas, heavy oil, and diesel.

2. The furnace body is made of profile steel as the skeleton, and steel plates with a thickness of 8mm or more are used as the furnace surface. After welding, the sealing effect is good and the heat dissipation loss is minimal.
3. The sealing of the furnace door and mouth adopts a spring type compression structure and a soft edge sealing device, which can effectively prevent the leakage of heat inside the furnace.
4. The PLC regenerative combustion automatic control system controls, and once safety abnormalities are found, analarm signal will be immediately activated.
5. This equipment operation is simple, and the entire combustion process is fully automatic control, including automatic ignition, automatic combustion, automatic commutation, automatic temperature control, system selfcheck flameout protection, safety protection, etc.
